Costumer Randall Christensen won an Emmy in 2006 for the sequin-trimmed wardrobe he whipped up for the second season of ABC's hit reality series, "Dancing With the Stars." Since then, he's gone on to design nearly all the outrageous ensembles that have sashayed across the show's iconic ballroom floor. But not all of his handmade outfits are award-worthy; in fact, many of the getups seen this spring have been far from fabulous.
